This is the first in the much sought-after Orient Line series of booklets produced for the tours to and from Australia between the wars.
This first in the set of seven is for the 1928-29 MCC tour and is in very good condition with no markings inside.
The card cover includes details of the ship taking the team: in this case the 20,000 tons RMS Otranto.
There are details and pictures of the players, the fixture and in this case a picture of the 1926 English team which won the famous Oval Test to re-wrest the Ashes.
THIS 1928-29 SERIES WAS THE FIRST ASHES SERIES TO INCLUDE A YOUNG DON BRADMAN
