Compromising almost 500 pages, with an index, the outer borders are gilt. The is much Australian/colonial interest with 17 pages on early Australian games and yours including the visit by ‘The Blacks’ in 1868. The full scoreboard of Blacks v Surrey is given plus game by name short scores.

This book was once owned by ‘Mr Cricket’ of Maitland Reuben Dransfield, and has his ownership stamp several times in the book, originally bought from Angus & Robertson in Castlereagh Street, Sydney
